ACCOMODATION

The College offers separate residential housing for boy and girl students. Since the students come from a variety of geographic backgrounds, extra care is taken to meet their dietary needs. A teacher-warden selected by the principal supervises the residential hostel. The authorities are in charge of admission and expulsion.

Nursing Courses Offered

College of Nursing offers B. Sc. Nursing, B. Sc. Nursing (Post Basic) ANM & GNM programme approved by Indian Nursing Council (INC) and Punjab Nursing Registration Council (PNRC).

B.Sc. Nursing

From the time the student starts studying the subjects that make up the nursing curriculum until the time the examination is finished, the course of study will last for a total of 4 academic years including six months internship.

B.Sc. Nursing (Post Basic)

A two-year undergraduate programme called the Bachelor of Science in Nursing (Post Basic) is intended to improve the nursing abilities of professionals with prior experience in nursing or a related field. It offers a high level of expertise regarding medical treatments.

G.N.M.

General Nursing and Midwifery (G.N.M.), is a three-years diploma programme that must be focused on a specific area of nursing practice, such as maternity care, post-trauma, rehabilitation, mental health care, data collection, etc.

A.N.M.

Auxiliary Nurse and Midwife (A.N.M.) is its full name. The A.N.M. Nursing programme lasts two years. It focuses mainly on the study of various health care services. The course teaches students how to set up an operating room, care for various pieces of equipment, keep records, and give medications to the patients on time.

From the time the student starts studying the subjects that make up the Physiotherapy curriculum until the time the examination is finished, the course of study will last for a total of 4 academic years that is followed by six months internship.
